The 2015 results are in for what MSLs are actually paid…

Thanks to all those who participated in the 2015 MSL Salary & Compensation Survey conducted by the MSL Society. We had 1,259 MSLs and managers from 69 countries participating!

It was an awesome response and we gained insights into current global MSL salary and compensation levels across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and other healthcare companies.

The 2015 survey is our 2nd annual global survey on global MSL Salary and Compensation levels. Last year’s survey was the first ever global survey conducted of its kind on MSL salary and compensation. Like last year, the primary purpose of this year’s survey was to gain insights into current global MSL salary and compensation levels across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and other healthcare companies.

Our 2015 survey is THE largest database of MSL salaries, and as a result, it is the most comprehensive and authoritative resource on global MSL salary and compensation levels. The data is available in multiple versions including the full global results and individual reports for the 9 countries that had the greatest number of responses including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, U.K., and the USA.

We broke down each section representing several salary topics including salary ranges, salary by degree, salary by role (MSL, Sr MSL etc), salary by years of experience, salary by academic degree, and salary by company type (large pharma, small pharma etc).

Like all our research, all the slides are available Free for all members of the MSL Society as well as to those who participated. We hope the MSL community will continue to participate in all future MSL Society research. Our goal is to add value to the global MSL community.

We strongly believe this type of information should be readily available and free! We will NEVER sell the data to anyone!

Everyone who participated received a link via email to download all the reports. All members of the MSL Society can download all reports under the “resources” tab then “MSL Reports” on the MSL Society website.

We hope the MSL community finds the information valuable!
